Film notes
The channel identifies this as a J34-11 from the first year of BSA’s overhead-valve V-twins. Its external valve springs and pushrod tubes give the engine a particularly distinctive appearance.
The engine remains in its original frame and the black paint and chrome are described as factory finishes. The petrol tank was repainted, although traces of the original finish survive beneath it. The lower exhaust pipe also survives, while details such as the handlebars are noted as incorrect and still to be resolved.
The motorcycle was bought from a previous owner in Denmark. This short film records the find before the longer restoration and first-start video.
